I hated my teeth. They were yellow, stained, and discolored from years of drinking coffee and smoking cigarettes. HOW TO USE

1. To mold the thermoplastic mouth trays, bring water to a boil, turn off the heat, and let it cool to 70 to 80 degrees. Submerge one of the mouth trays for 10 to 12 seconds to make sure they are soft enough to shape.
2. Insert the mouth tray, covering your upper teeth.
3. Take out all of the air and extra water by closing your mouth.
4. Gently shape the tray around your teeth with your finger by squeezing your upper lips against them.
5. Put it in cold water after holding it in your mouth for 10 to 15 seconds.
6. Repeat steps 6 and 7 for the lower mouth tray.
7. Trim any extra plastic using scissors. Reducing the length of the mouth trays at the gum line helps prevent inflammation.
8. To fill in the trays and for the whitening treatment, Whiten teeth while filling mouth trays add a single drop of gel to the trays.
9. Insert the upper mouth trays and make necessary adjustments.
10. Gently press your upper lip with your finger while applying pressure to the upper mouth tray.
11. Repeat steps 1-4 with the lower mouth tray.
12. Turn on the LED and keep it in close proximity to your teeth throughout the teeth-whitening procedure.
