My husband wasn’t sure about this at first. But when I put this in my hospital bag and bought it too the birth he wore it. I think it helped him bond with the baby. He felt the baby was more protected. So while I got a chance to shower and eat and get myself together after birth the baby was in there. I even got some sleep. Actually so did he with our newborn on his chest. All the doctors and nurses thought this was a great idea too. I wish it was bigger. Our baby is 2 months and is about to outgrow it. The baby and him do share a nice bond, and I think it is because of this shirt.
