This thing is awesome! Easy to use and quite fun as well. Pack sushi rice in both sides, fill with whatever you want in your sushi, clip together and plunge out a log of sushi. BOOM! Clean up is as easy as rinsing it off. Definitely recommend this! Who knows, maybe rolling sushi freehand is also a piece of cake but this makes it super simple! Even kids can easily use it.
